Returns are not normally accepted unless fault is with seller. If returning, item(s) must be returned in original condition with as much original packaging as possible. If it is not returned in the same condition or fakes/bootlegs are returned in stead, then either partial or no refund will be given.

In terms of collector items such as plush toys, a refund will only be given if it was damaged during shipment or an incorrect item was sent. Subjective reasons such as stitching and pilling are not eligible for refunds especially for items that mentioned to be from older series or was previously owned.

Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and must have tracking number as proof of shipment (unless fault is with seller).

Buyer is responsible for correct shipping address at time of purchase. If an item needs to be resent due to buyer's error, then the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
